" Metcombe is a pleasant rural hamlet on the outskirts of the very popular village of Tipton St John adjoining open fields with lovely outlooks but only a few minutes level walk from the excellent local amenities, including the highly regarded Primary School. The property also benefits from being within the Kings School catchment area.

The property itself enjoys light, airy and well proportioned accommodation, briefly comprising; reception porch and hallway leading to a spacious, open plan sitting roomdining room with a feature fireplace fitted with a wood-burning stove which helps create a cosy atmosphere on a winters evening. There‘s a conservatory with pleasant garden outlooks and a well-equipped kitchenbreakfast room which is fitted with a range of modern cupboards and drawers both at base and eye level whilst incorporating a built-in oven and gas hob.
