The accommodation is well laid out consisting of a sitting room, spacious fully fitted kitchen-diner, bathroom with shower and two well proportioned double bedrooms.
  
The village of Port Seton, nestles along the shore of the Firth of Forth. Nearby Port Seton, Cockenzie and Prestonpans provide all local amenities and schooling.

East Lothian offers a variety of leisure and recreational facilities to suit all tastes from dining out to diving clubs.The location is excellent, benefiting from very quiet surroundings whilst 
at the same time being just 20 minutes away from Edinburgh by car. Rail links are also very accessible in nearby Prestonpans.

The main terms of our standard leases are as follows:
 
• Minimum lease of 6 months on Short Assured Tenancy basis, with lease rolling on month-to-month thereafter.
