" Bright and well-presented, three-bedroom, end-terraced house over two storeys, located in an established residential area in the heart of Gorebridge, Midlothian. This modern property is set on a generous corner plot and includes gardens to the front, side and rear, along with a detached garage. The accommodation is comprised of an entrance hall, living room, kitchen/dining room, conservatory, two double bedrooms, single bedroom, and a bathroom. Gorebridge is a long-established rural village, approximately ten miles south of Edinburgh, and two miles from Dalkeith, within easy access of the Edinburgh city bypass via the A7, which links with the main motorway network.
