" Situated centrally within over 5 acres of gardens and grounds and offering huge potential, Lake View is an exceptionally spacious family home in the delightful village of Shatterford.

Description

The front door opens into the welcoming hallway where stairs rise to the first floor and doors lead to the ground floor accommodation. There is also a guest cloakroom and a useful storage cupboard.

The magnificent reception room has a set of internal double doors opening to the kitchen, which is also accessible from the main hallway, and two sets of French doors opening out to the patio area. This room offers stunning views, making this the ideal space for indoor outdoor entertaining. At the far end is a large inglenook style brick and timber beam fireplace housing a wood burner.

The large kitchen breakfast room is fitted with an array of wooden wall and floor units, providing ample storage.
