SITUATION:  The property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac road in an elevated position on the south-western side and within easy walking distance of Bridport town centre.  The market town of Bridport provides an excellent shopping centre, schools, professional offices and an art centre together with twice-weekly street market and a wide variety of local musical and cultural events.  In addition, there is a leisure centre with an indoor swimming pool a short distance away. The popular coastal resort of West Bay and the Jurassic Coast is approximately 1.5 miles distant with excellent walks along the World Heritage coastline.

Dorchester, the County Town of Dorset, lies about 15 miles to the east and here there is a main line rail service to London, Waterloo.
