" A very interesting opportunity to aquire a DETACHED THREE/ FOUR bedroom house complete with separate BUILDING PLOT OPPORTUNITY within the grounds. Near to BREWERY SQUARE.

Owners Comments
The Centre of Town with a Country Feel. What struck us about the house was its proximity to everything you could need, the town shopping centre is a 5 minute stroll away likewise it's the same with the great local schools; St Osmund's Middle School, St Mary's Catholic and Manor Park First Schools and Sunninghill Preparatory. Brewery Square is also well and truly open now with a 5 minute walk into the heart of this vibrant quarter of Dorchester consisting of eateries (such as French, Italian, Japanese), entertainment and boutiques. As for the house itself we love the fact that it is south facing and has all day sunshine into it's lovely big wrap around garden where the children can run freely with the protective screen of trees and hedges which makes it very private. We love holding family gatherings and so we went all out to make our house somewhere to entertain and have fun in. Whether it be in the Hot Tub, cooking pizzas in the Jamie Oliver outside oven or rolling back the carpet in the large sunny conservatory; we've had great fun and so too will the next owners of this lovely house. A multi fuel burner installed which really warms the lounge up a treat and also to some degree the conservatory as well. Having a warm chimney breast heats up the entire core of the house and even the second bedroom has the benefit in the winter. With regards to the layout of the house we always thought that if we did not use the west side of the house in its current format we would change its use to that of a student/granny annexe/fourth bedroom, as this would take next to nothing to convert in terms of cost or effort. However, if games are your passion then a snooker room and office are a really good use of space. One thing I've always hankered after was having a garage and workshop, this house has both. Outline planning has been approved for a three bed chalet bungalow. This can be either as an investment or to sell on, both of which would produce a significant financial benefit to the purchaser. This could also be altered to a conjoined annexe.
