" This is an opportunity to acquire a managed investment property situated in a popular residential part of Goole. The existing tenant has lived in the bungalow for 5 years and is keen to stay for several more years. An Assured Shorthold Tenancy is in place.

THE INVESTMENT The existing tenant has looked after the bungalow very well and the landlord has maintained the property. Recently new Fascia and Soffit boards were fitted. The bungalow has central heating and double glazing. INSPECTION Due to the fact that there is a tenant living in the property at the present time we have decided not to take internal photographs for marketing purposes. However it is in the tenants interest to assist the landlord with the sale to an investor. It is therefore possible for us to arrange an internal inspection for parties with serious interest.
