" If you are looking for a 3-bed property with character, great room sizes, and that is fully modernised with little or no work required to move in... this is the perfect property for you. With a loft conversion, it's now a 3-storey property set in a quiet cul de sac with great commuter links.

Built in 1897 and with Victorian features like high, coved ceilings and big windows this property also has a modern kitchen and (upstairs) bathroom, modern gas central heating system and is fully double glazed. There is also a security alarm system.

Downstairs there is a light, spacious lounge and a similarly sized dining room with an extended kitchen which has lots of space and looks fantastic. It includes a built it gas hob (with electric oven/grill), slimline dishwasher and space (and plumbing) for washing machine.
