The family bathroom completes the accommodation and is well worth waiting for! With a free standing, arched bath with waterfall tap, table top wash basin, WC and shower quad with mains shower.

From the car park to the rear of our Swadlincote office, turn right on to Civic Way, proceeding straight on at the island onto Derby Road, becoming Swadlincote Road. Continue on to the Clock Island (Tollgate Island), taking the fourth exit on to Moira Road. Continue along Moira Road to the first island, take the first exit onto Hepworth Road then first left onto Excelsior Drive, follow the road around turning left onto Victoria Drive, then left again where the property is situated on the right hand side, as identified by our Newton Fallowell For Sale board
