" THE PROPERTY: Available with no forward chain this 3 - 4 bed house is located in the popular Neptune Park development. The current owners inform us that they love the layout and the position of the house. They say the layout gives them great flexibility in how to use the rooms and the fact they have outstanding river views from both the lounge and back bedrooms in the house.
