" This beautifully presented, spacious family home is located close to the centre of Nantwich in the village of Reaseheath. The property has traditional period features throughout but is also modernised to a high standard with good quality fixtures and fittings. Partial garden maintenance is included within the rental price and Pets may be considered. Ground Floor Entrance Hall The property opens into the entrance hall with wood effect flooring, turning stairs to first floor, and understairs storage. Sitting Room

(14'11'' x 10'3'') A formal lounge is located at the front of the property and includes a traditional, feature, ornate fireplace, built in shelving, feature wallpaper and carpeted flooring. Kitchen/Living/Dining Area (35'7'' x 20'2'') This is a lovely, spacious, open plan room, with a slightly separated kitchen area overlooking the living and dining areas.
