GENERAL The Old Vicarage is a fine period property set within the small hamlet of Little Twycross boasting delightful countryside views. It is believed to date from the 1600s with Georgian and later extensions and has some delightful features such as an abundance of exposed beams, feature bread oven in the kitchen and several attractive fireplaces. The property offers considerable accommodation including six bedrooms, two bathrooms, four reception rooms, kitchen and utility, elegant staircase, fireplaces, some original doors and shutters. In addition are a range of brick built outbuildings, substantial parking, formal gardens and just over two acres of paddock land. The property has oil fired central heating and an alarm system. LOCATION Little Twycross lies in South Leicestershire's prettiest countryside, is close to the world famous Twycross Zoo and Twycross Independant School. The historic town of Market Bosworth is also close by where there are an excellent range of amenities. There are some interesting shops and restaurants overlooking the market place and an unusally extensive range of amenities for a town of this size.

Market Bosworth is home to the famous Dixie Grammar School, together with the high school and primary school. There is a country park and water park on the edge of the town. Sport is well catered for with The Rugby Club, Bowls Club and Golf Course. Twycross is convenient for the M42 with both airports, Birmingham and East Midlands being accessible. On reaching the T junction on the A444 turn right towards Twycross.
