Accessed via a staircase in the dining room is the loft room previously used as a bedroom. Externally there is a low maintenance garden to the rear and to the front a garden and driveway leading to the garage. With no upward chain early viewing is advised to avoid disappointment. Our View

Detached Bungalow - This is an opportunity to purchase a detached bungalow in the popular residential area of Church Farm on the outskirts of Nuneaton. The property accommodation comprises of dining room to the front with staircase leading to the loft room. The loft room itself was used as a bedroom but being over 22ft in length could have a range of possible uses. Back to the ground floor from the dining room there is a hallway giving access to the bedroom being of in our opinion of good size with window to the front, the bathroom with a suite comprising of bath, pedestal mounted sink, low level w/c and obscured glass window to the side, and the lounge is directly in front. The lounge has bay style window to the rear overlooking the garden, fireplace and surround and double doors leading to the kitchen. The kitchen has a range of wall and base mounted units and space for appliances, the sun room can be access from here. The sun room is a delightful addition to the property overlooking the rear garden with two doors leading to either the gated driveway or the rear garden. Externally the rear garden is in our opinion low maintenance and to the front is a garden and driveway running down the side of the property with double gates and eventually leading to the driveway. With the added advantage of no upward chain please call for an early viewing to avoid disappointment.

Wiclif Way is situated in Church Farm on the outskirts of Nuneaton. There are regular Bus routes in and out of Nuneaton town and neighbouring Arley and Fillongley.
