We bought this home some 5 years ago as we were looking for a project and a home to call our own. The property needed modernisation throughout and we believe within the 5 years of owning it we have achieved it. Since we have been here we have put in a new modern style kitchen, a bathroom, decorated throughout, laid engineered wood flooring and there is a lovely conservatory to sit in.We love the location as it is off the road and so therefore is quiet and only a short drive away to the lively and busy town of Whitstable. We hope that you will like what we have done to our home, so come and view it today.
