" This amazing four double bedroom detached home is in the popular area of Chestfield, in a quiet cul-de-sac making it great for families. The current owners who have enjoyed living here for 13 years, have put a lot of time and love into the property, maintaining it to a very high standard with recent works including new doors, wooden flooring and a new conservatory roof. The downstairs accommodation is very generous and has three reception rooms including a spacious living room with ornate feature fireplace, Large study formerly the dining room and a large conservatory. The kitchen, which has been updated within the last four years is a very good size with space for dining, has lots of units with granite work tops, AEG integrated appliances including oven with five ring hob and extractor hood over, dishwasher and space for an American style fridge freezer. There is also a handy utility room leading off where there is space and plumbing for the washing machine and access to outside which is great for muddy boots and dogs. Completing the downstairs accommodation there is a WC. Upstairs all rooms lead off from the wrap around landing.
