You will be pleasantly surprised when you step into the large open plan sitting room, which is awash with light from the two windows. The southerly aspect window has sea glimpses.Now for the stunning open plan kitchen. It is rare to get a kitchen fitted as well as this one; it would be perfect for any budding Jamie Oliver. The large bedroom definitely adds the wow factor to this flat, as you will struggle to find one as big as this one. The modern fitted shower room is perfect for a flat of this size and has the added benefit of a window. One of the advantages of being on the top floor is that you have no neighbours above you, which can be a concern when you are considering buying a flat. If you are a keen windsurfer or water sports enthusiast this location will be perfect for you, as we get great winds along the coast. Sandgate is a short stroll away with a good selection of independent restaurants, pubs and shops. When we were searching for a flat we had a very limited budget, as you are probably aware that it is difficult for 1st time buyers to get on the market. We had two options, to either buy a two bedroom flat in Ashford or a one bedroom flat near to the sea and we opted for the latter.Our location is superb, there is an excellent general store over the road and the beach is only a five minute walk away. We also have an allocated parking space.
