" This delightful family size period house, probably dating from the late Victorian period, is conveniently situated within a few minutes walk of Hythe town centre, promenade walks and just over one mile from Sandling station with its high speed rail services for Ashford and London (53 minutes). The M20 connections and Channel Tunnel terminal are approximately 2 and 4 miles respectively. Folkestone is about 4 miles distance reached by regular bus services.
