" THE PROPERTY: Number 27 Seabrook Road is in an elevated position and offers a very good size comfortable family home. The house itself was built in the late 20's early 30's and retains many of the original features of that era.All the internal doors and staircase are of stripped wood and the picture rails are retained in many of the rooms. There are two reception rooms, large kitchen/breakfast room, bathroom and conservatory on the ground floor. Upstairs there are four good size bedrooms and a further bathroom. Outside the front garden is laid to lawn with an attractive veranda running the width of the house. To the side and back the gardens are terraced with lawn area and decked steps leading to a larger decked area. From the road the house is approached by steps and is terraced with a double garage and a variety of sheds and storage. Being close to Hythe town centre and a short walk to the beach, it is certainly worthy of a viewing. Hythe has a variety of shops, restaurants and public houses, along with a library and doctors surgery. Schools can be found in Hythe with the senior sector in Folkestone and surrounding areas.
