" Village living is defined by many things. This property is a lazy stroll away from the village pub, shop and primary school; so if you would like to experience village living at its best then you will definitely be impressed by this home. The bright, spacious sitting room with its high ceilings and beautiful Victorian open fireplace, all contribute to setting the scene for a perfect evening at home. If you enjoy entertaining then you will love the open plan dining room, again with an open fireplace, which conveniently links to the modern fitted kitchen. Upstairs, the generous size of the double bedrooms will impress you and the family bathroom will help to take the stress out of getting ready in the morning, as it has the added benefit of a separate shower cubicle.Outside, to the front there is a small ornate cottage garden and the secluded westerly aspect rear garden is where this property has an ace up its sleeve. The conservatory brings the outside in and is the perfect room to relax with a glass of wine, whilst taking in the beautiful views over this walled Victorian garden.
