The property enjoys a peaceful position on a quiet and residential road in St. Dunstan`s, a stone`s throw from the stunning Westgate Gardens. One of Canterbury`s most desirable neighbourhoods, St. Dunstan`s has a wonderful atmosphere and is brimming with restaurants, boutique shops and coffee shops. The area is popular with commuters due to the close proximity of the West Station which is a short, 7-minute walk from the property.
