" If you had seen this house 30 years ago, you would have noticed it was a semi-detached police house, on a very large plot. It is positioned in a superb location on Dumpton Park Drive, and is almost unrecognisable from then.The current owners have really brought the house to life, by extending it on the ground and first floors, to provide a well laid-out and generously sized family home.On the ground floor, the family can enjoy being together in the large lounge, which leads onto the dining area, with a separate reception room giving extra space, that could be used as a study or cinema room. Upstairs are five good sized bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room. From the back bedrooms, you can see over the tree tops at King George VI Park and out to sea. Parking will never be a problem as the family have had up to 8 cars parked at the front of the property, allowing the garage to be used for storage! The rear garden is fantastic for entertaining, as there are decked and lawned areas for the children to play, plus a summer house which is a great hide out for the children to party in!

We have loved extending this home to allow for our growing family, and love the space the house gives us. The kids have their own cinema/games room downstairs, which leaves us the peace and quiet of the lounge! The kitchen is a great size and it is nice to be able to cook and entertain at the same time. We are so close to the sandy beach at Dumpton Gap and it makes a nice walk to go there. King George VI Park is also great for walking the dog. Being right on the Ramsgate/Broadstairs borders means access to both towns is easy. We will miss the space of our home, but now our family have grown up and moved on, we need to downsize.
