This family house is located close to many clifftop walks which will take you right around the coast and on to many of the islands stunning sandy beaches as well as family recreational areas such as King George VI park or the Royal Harbour area of Ramsgate with its shops, cafes and restaurant.

Our family first purchased this property back in the 1970's and we have lived here ever since. We have had many happy times here as a family but now we feel its right to move on with our lives and sell.We have had thoughts of extending on to our side garden and have made enquiries with the local Council who in principle said yes, but any new purchaser will need to take this forward on to the next stage of planning.We have had many good times here and have made lots of good friends who we will miss.
