" This Victorian terrace that is double glazed throughout is situated in the popular area of Wincheap, which is 0.6 miles to the city centre and only 0.3 of a mile to Canterbury?s East station. From the entrance hall there is the lounge, which has a bay window and original feature fireplace. There are alcoves with storage shelves either side. There is an under stairs storage cupboard in the hallway and a separate dining area to the rear of the property with UPVC French doors that lead out to the patio area of the garden. The kitchen has a fully tiled floor with walled splash back. There are plenty of wood effect wall and base units, space for a washing machine and oven and also access out to the garden. There is a small utility area off of the kitchen with more base units where you could put the fridge freezer which is currently in the dining room. Upstairs there is a bathroom with WC, basin and bath with shower attachment over. There is an airing cupboard and loft access on the landing and three double bedrooms, two of which have built in storage cupboards. The garden has a patio area directly from the dining room and kitchen; then steps down in to a beautifully established garden which is full of seasonal flowers, shrubs, plants and a partial lawn. At the back of the garden there is a hard standing area where there is a shed and space for one more if needed. There is side access to the property and a small hard standing area to the front with sunken flower beds.
