" AVAILABLE FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2014-2015 ?350 PER MONTH. This five bedroom student house is five minutes from Christ Church University Library. The living room is spacious with a large window letting in lots of light. The first of five bedrooms is on the ground floor and is a great size with views into the garden. The modern kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge and washing machine. There is a small bathroom downstairs with a shower cubicle. On the first floor are a further two bedrooms, a second family bathroom and an additional WC. The fifth bedroom is located on the second floor. Parking outside the property is permit only but there is plenty of free on-street parking nearby. This property is fully double glazed and has gas central heating.
