" This superb three bedroom, modern townhouse is located in the ever popular area of Wincheap just 0.2 miles from the city centre, 0.3 miles to the Canterbury East station and just 1 mile to Canterbury West station where the high speed service takes you to London St Pancras in under an hour. The kitchen is modern and is to the front of the property, there are plenty of units and workspace with room for appliances. The sink sits nicely in the bay window and there is contemporary metro splashback tiling along with a tiled floor. The living room is a good size, to the rear of the property and is very light and airy due to the window and double doors that lead out to the rear garden. Completing the downstairs is a handy storage cupboard. Up on the first floor there are two bedrooms, one double and one single plus a contemporary bathroom that has a bath with shower attachment over, WC and basin. The master bedroom is on the second floor and has an en suite shower room.
