" This top floor two double bedroom apartment is immaculate and being well cared for by the current professional tenants that are in situ until June 2019. Solid wooden flooring flows from the front door right the way through all rooms and into a very large open plan kitchen / living area. The dual aspect double doors flood this room with light and there are Juliette style balconies on both and superb cathedral views. The kitchen area is modern with plenty of units and granite worktops, an integrated oven and hob with extractor over and space for a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
