" Ground floor apartments of this size are difficult to find especially ones that have the space and style as this one. Built on the new Nunnery Fields development overlooking the city it is a walk into the City Centre which is a real bonus if you have seen the price of parking in Canterbury city.The space in the apartments is down to the living room and then a separate dining room that takes you to the kitchen. Having a separate dining room that you can get a dining table in means that eating on your laps or never being able to have guest for dinner is a thing of the past. The fully fitted kitchen comprises integral dishwasher and washing machine along with fridge and freezer. The style is modern and contemporary with plenty of work space.The other benefit to an apartment is if you are only using it for a base should you live abroad it is easy to lock up and leave or rent out should you choose. Being on the ground floor is much easier if you think of not having to carry up you’re shopping every week and getting your furniture in.You get a parking space allocated and entry phone security system.

We chose the apartment due to it's great location to Canterbury City centre and all the nearby amenities. It has proved to be an easily rentable property with no shortage of tenants. The tenants have commented that the apartment is spacious with quiet surroundings and appreciate that it is ground floor. The use of an allocated parking space so close to Canterbury has also been a great advantage to them although the walk to the City centre is a short distance away too.
