" Occupying an elevated position and dating from the end of the Victorian era with later additions, 30 Westview Road is an imposing, attached house of great presence, which has recently undergone an extensive programme of renovation and refurbishment. Skilfully marrying together architectural features from both the Victorian and mid twentieth century with the sophistication of the twenty first, the presents owners have created a wonderful home with spacious accommodation arranged over three floors. Taking full advantage of its position, the house has tall double glazed windows and doors along with three balconies from which to take in the views. Oak parquet flooring, a sweeping 'butterfly' staircase, tall ceilings with plaster mouldings and an ornate fire surround in the
drawing room, which was originally used as a ballroom, have been complemented by chic, sophisticated bathrooms and a stunning kitchen/breakfast room. This is comprehensively furnished with a range of wall and floor cabinets ? which includes a superb, backlit bar with two wine fridges ? and integrated appliances.
