This great sized property has not been on the market for over half a century and you can clearly see why as it offers such a great family home.If you need transport links you will not be disappointed as you have the M25 and M23 within a short distance, perfect for those of us who drive, but on the other hand if you need public transport links your nearest train station will have you in central London in under 30 minutes.Being a family home there is also a great choice of schools in the local area for children of all ages. Being just outside Coulsdon, you still have the bonus of the great array of shops but also have the beautiful Surrey countryside around you, perfect for that Sunday ramble before sitting down with the family for that roast dinner.

We have lived here for just under fifty years and it will be real shame to go as we have had such happy times here throughout the years.It is such a quite location and, even though you have everything that you need just down the road, you still feel that you are in the middle of the countryside as it is just so quiet.We hope that the next family that owns this great house will enjoy it us much as us.
