" A well-presented and recently extended 3 bedroom semi-detached property close to Westway Common on Caterham-on-the-Hill with 2 spacious reception rooms and a good sized garden. Built in the late 1800's the property retains many period features such as refurbished wood sash windows, fireplaces and well-proportioned rooms with high ceilings. The entrance hall has a large under stairs cupboard and features dado rails. At the front is a sitting room with pretty square bay picture window, picture rail, cornicing and a Victorian style fireplace. There is a separate dining room which is ideal for family meals and overlooks the garden. The kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with a range of solid wood units with integrated fridge/freezer, double oven, dishwasher, 5 ring gas hob and extractor fan. A lovely roof light allows maximum available light to penetrate the room and there are bi folding and French doors in to the garden. On the first floor a spacious galleried landing gives way to three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Two bedrooms benefit from built in wardrobes and one has an adjacent shower room that could easily be arranged as an ensuite.
