Over her time here Sally has refitted the kitchen and bathroom, updated the gas central heating system, stripped and re-varnished the parquet flooring and decorated the whole flat to a very high standard giving the new owners nothing major to do in the property other to decorate to their own taste. On top of all this the property also benefits from direct access to the communal gardens, double glazing, a garage en bloc and a share of the freehold meaning the new buyer will have an input as to how the building is managed. The property is well located for transport into both Croydon and Bromley to take advantage of the shopping facilities and also travel facilities into London, and access to the M25 is also very good.In terms of space this flat offers as much as a terraced house in the location would, so take advantage of the condition, location and space and arrange a viewing today.

This has been a happy home for me and my daughter and we have really enjoyed living here. We did spend a lot of time refurbishing the property so the next buyers will have little or nothing to do. The location to the local schools are great and access to Croydon is very easy giving you great travel and shopping facilities. The Garden centre has been no trouble at all and it has been quite convenient as I'm quite a keen gardener. In fact it's quite reassuring from a security point of view to know that there are people here during the day.We really hope the next owners are as happy as we have been in our home.
