" No question, Thermopylae Court does provide one of the larger scaled apartments around. Indeed there are very few apartments that enjoy the added attractions this particular apartment has to offer anywhere within Noctorum or Oxton. Take, for example, the rather grand sweeping entrance to Thermopylae Court...

And very unusually, an entrance that leads to just four apartments; a somewhat unique development designed over just two floors. Look then at the external rear of the building to see the allocated double garaging for each apartment - certainly a great advantage and again, hard to find in an apartment, locally. Take a look too at the clean, tidy and 'polished' communal interior; then again there are only four owners, so not much to tidy up after. But, seriously, the threshold and internals are well cared for and more than well presented. And there's a very useful store room too, in addition to the garaging. Of course, you'll probably have studied the floor plan listed below this introduction to have an idea of space; the photos, we hope, will help too, but a visit is what you really need to appreciate not just the overall space together with the volume of natural light within; especially enjoyed in what is a particularly impressive combined living/dining room; a room with three picture windows. (At this point we would confirm that the windows were all replaced within the last four years, not just to No.1, but to 2,3 & apartment No. 4 too). Returning to a similarly impressive hallway (storage and cloakroom included), and opposite each other are the two double bedrooms. Charming rooms they are too. The front is the bigger of the two, although both very good sizes indeed, again hard to find larger. And both bedrooms have en suite facilities, with the main bedroom having full shower room facilities and the second with bathroom suite. Communal gardens are to the south side of the property in the main, with generous parking facilities and garages to the rear. The southerly border of the development has a line of handsome Scots Pine offering an element of protection from what traffic passes along Vyner road South. Location Standing proud on the corner of Vyner Road South and Redstone Rise, Thermopylae Court is to be found around about half way along Vyner Road South.
