SUMMARY
Llwynarthen House is a unique, architect designed property, built in the 1930's, set in mature gardens, located adjacent to St Mellons Golf Club. It is built in the style of a Tudor house with many period features and offering spacious living accommodation.


DESCRIPTION
Built in the late 1930's, Llwynarthen House is a real treasure trove of quintessential country living. It's many period features and thatched roof offer the prospective purchaser an almost unique for the area option to bring up a family in luxury and style.
