There is a downstairs cloakroom/WC fitted with a white WC and wash hand basin. From the kitchen is a staircase which gives access to the first floor where there are three bedrooms, all with sliding sash windows and television aerial points. The family bathroom has a matching white suite comprising of WC, wash hand basin and corner bath and a shower over. Outside there is parking for a number of vehicles and a communal courtyard area.

From Workington town centre, take the A66 towards Cockermouth. Follow the road along the Stainburn bypass and take the third right off the roundabout towards Whitehaven, then turn immediately left into the village of Bridgefoot. Follow this road through the village and on leaving the village take the turning on the right, signposted Greysouthen. Follow this road through the village and when you come to a sharp left hand bend, turn right. Take the second right, signposted Barnyard.
