" A substantial detached house of approximately 1400 square feet originally constructed in 2008 by 'Barratt Homes' to their popular 'Redwood' design and in the first phase of the Clayton Mills development. Badger Close is a small cul-de-sac towards the beginning of the development with just a handful of properties, our clients selected this particular property as it offers four double bedrooms, three bathrooms (two of which are ensuite and even bedroom three has the advantage of a Jack and Jill ensuite utilising the family bathroom), a reasonable sized fully enclosed rear garden enjoying a favoured southerly aspect and with views of the South Downs. During construction there was an option to leave out stud work walls on the ground floor that our clients selected to create a lovely open plan feel to the ground floor accommodation. The property boasts all the features associated with a modern home including the benefit of the remainder of the 10 year NHBC warranty. Solar panels have also been installed providing electricity with the excess being sold back to the National Grid. Along with the open plan reception rooms and sizeable kitchen/breakfast room there is also a useful utility room, a double aspect study and a cloakroom on the ground floor.Outside, the front gardens are arranged to low maintenance, there is a driveway providing off street parking for two cars and access to the brick built single garage.
