" An attractive spacious detached bungalow having been extended on the rear and enlarged to now provide versatile accommodation. There is a spacious hallway with hatch and loft ladder to insulated and part boarded roof space, large shelved airing cupboard and large coats cupboard. The sitting room is at the rear and overlooks the rear garden and there is an 'Adam' style open fireplace with marble inset and hearth. There is an opening from this room into the separate dining room which also has a door to the hall and could easily be utilised as a fourth bedroom or family room etc., The magnificent extended kitchen/dining room is well fitted with a range of units and incorporates integrated dishwasher, electric oven, combination microwave oven and gas hob. There is patio doors to the garden and ceramic tiled floor and also access to the large utility room. From the hall there is access to the master bedroom with en suite bathroom/w.c., the third bedroom and the family bathroom. Bedroom two is accessed via the study area and also has an en suite shower room/w.c. This suite of rooms could possibly be utilised to form granny accommodation if required. New carpets were laid throughout in 2012 (except bedroom 2).

OUTSIDE
