From the dining area sliding doors access the uPVC double glazed conservatory which in turn has double doors out to the South facing rear garden.  On the first floor, the main bedroom enjoys built in wardrobes, there are two further bedrooms and a recently refitted family bathroom.  Outside the front garden is arranged to lawn with a tarmaccadam hard standing providing parking for two cars.  Twin timber gates lead to the private driveway which in turn leads to the garage.  The rear garden is considered a feature being South facing, fully enclosed and offering a good degree of seclusion.
