" If it's good size family accommodation you want then this could be for you!In the ever popular Church Green, close to both Shoreham and Southwick with various shops, banks and libraries etc, this four bedroom property is exceptional value for money. One of the main features is the rear garden. It is south facing so it gets the best of the sun and is not closely overlooked. The beach isn't too far away either so a stroll to Carat's Cafe is a must in those summer months. Tesco and Marks and Spencer are easily reached, being at the top of Stoney Lane, and bus services are close by. This house is also in between two mainline train stations giving you access further afield and convenient commuting.There is scope for some updating and this is a property you could live in for some time. So get along to view before it's sold!

I liked this house because being detached it meant my family could play music and their instruments without disturbing the neighbours! The area is very pleasant to live in.
The four bedrooms have been great as the children could each have a room and there was still a spare for guests or to use as a study. The downstairs cloakroom has been so useful for visitors and especially for the children running in from the garden!
The garden has given secure space at the back for the children to play and it's lovely to overlook the garden from the lounge and kitchen.
The fact that I could park right outside the house every time has been a real bonus too.
