" A particularly spacious two/three bedroom apartment
occupying the entire ground floor of this period property located in a prime residential position on New Church Road. The apartment has an abundance of period features including fireplaces, decorative ceiling cornicing and wooden flooring. One particular feature of the property is having its own access via the building?s main front door. The apartment has the sole use of the front garden, whilst allowing access to the two other apartments. The apartment also has its own walled garden at the rear, accessed via the conservatory. The entrance hallway has attractive stained glass windows and tiled flooring. The main living room is at the front of the apartment and has a decorative fireplace and surround, and bay windows overlooking the front garden. Also at the front is the third bedroom/study.
