Although in need of some modernisation, the cottage enjoys a favoured position within the development affording a pleasant unobstructed outlook to the rear over adjoining countryside. Glyndley Manor is set within 17 acres of gardens and woodland and offers leisure facilities that include a fishing lake and a swimming pool available in the summer months. The lease states that the property cannot be used as a permanent residence and a period of time (unstated) must be spent away from the property. However this is considered an ideal property for those who live elsewhere for part of the year or for investment purposes.
