Grand Parade is a premier location on Eastbourne's gorgeous seafront.  Clive Court has great views over the nearby Carpet Gardens to the pier and out to sea. The seafront offers all year round events which include the carnival, Airbourne air show, classic car show and regularly attractions at the UK's busiest bandstand. Less than half a mile away is Eastbourne Town Centre which is currently entering the second phase of a multi million pound extension.
