" Are you looking for a family friendly environment, where the schools in the area are easy to get to & also has the benefit of 4 good sized bedrooms? ......well look no further!This extended terraced family home allows the family to spread its wings without being on top of each other. The well presented 24ft lounge/diner with double glazed doors opening onto a well maintained rear garden offers the ideal space for family gatherings or parties, or even those summer barbecues. On the 1st floor the accommodation is again impressive with a newly fitted bathroom & 3 good sized bedrooms & on the 2nd floor is either the master suite or teenagers den with en-suite cloakroom. And did we mention parking? No problem! There is off road parking to the front for 2 cars. Now all you need to do is go round.

We bought this property approximately 11 years ago. When we first viewed we were impressed with the size of the rooms & the general condition, also the fact that it was close to the schools our children were attending was obviously important to us.Since we moved in we have extended into the loft, adding an extra bedroom & an en-suite cloakroom to cater for our growing family. We have replaced all the windows and doors & to allow my wife to enjoy the sun in the summer, we redesigned the garden & made it as private as we could. Our lounge/diner has hosted many gatherings.I hope that the new owners will enjoy our home as much as we have.
