Direction Note: From Southbourne Grove proceed in the direction of Christchurch taking the left turning into Irving Road.  Follow this road to the end turning left into Cranleigh Road.  Turn right at the traffic lights into Beaufort Road where Kittiwake Close can be found on the left hand side.
