" A rather special two bedroom detached bungalow in a small quiet cul de sac within a short level walk of the River Stour and Christchurch. This stylish and well modernised property has a lovely new kitchen and bathroom and a well planned maintenance free garden.

Wick is a village on the southern bank of the River Stour close to Christchurch (1.5 miles away) in Dorset, located just before the River Stour's entry into Christchurch Harbour. Alt-hough only just half a mile away from Christchurch Priory, the village is in the borough of Bournemouth, the town centre being 4.5 miles away. There has been a passenger-ferry service from Wick across the Stour to Christchurch since about 1815. The Property A beach style detached two bedroom bungalow that would make a wonderful retirement bungalow or holiday home with the river Stour and Chrstchurch on one side and the beach and Hengistbury head on the other.
