" A substantial family home located in the LILLIPUT AND BADEN POWELL SCHOOL CATCHMENT. The property offers flexible accommodation with FIVE DOUBLE BEDROOMS, three reception rooms and two bathrooms.

An attractive and spacious entrance hall gives access to four large reception rooms, each with high ceilings and the main reception room has a stone fireplace with gas fire. The fourth reception room has fitted wardrobes and an adjacent shower room, this could be used as guest or relatives accommodation (5th bedroom). The kitchen is modern and finished in high gloss with integrated appliances, there is also a utility room plumbed for washing machine and dryer.
