" Tulip Tree Lodge is a tastefully refurbished and generously proportioned five bedroom family home, located in a much sought after elevated position, enjoying stunning views over the Limpley Stoke Valley.

The accommodation is arranged over two floors and is entered at first floor level via an attractive balcony that spans the west elevation of the property. At this level there is an impressive double aspect drawing room with a large picture window overlooking the Limpley Stoke Valley, an attractive open plan formal dining area and a contemporary open plan, well equipped kitchen and breakfast room. In addition accessed from the inner hallway there is a self contained master bedroom suite which comprises a bedroom, separate dressing room and a bath and shower room.
