" A very well presented detached family house within this exclusive gated development just off Watford Road in Chiswell Green on the south side of St Albans.

Built in 2008 as part of this small development of just 6 houses, this property is well placed backing onto countryside at the rear. With well balanced accommodation arranged over three floors the accommodation briefly comprises of an entrance hall, kitchen/breakfast room, cloakroom,sitting room, dining room and conservatory on the ground floor, with three bedrooms, two with en-suites and family bathroom on the first floor, and a master bedroom, en-suite and dressing room on the second floor.

Situation
St Stephens district is located on the south side of St Albans providing very good access to the M25 at junction 21A and the M1 at junction 6. For the commuter there is a fast one stop train link to St Pancras International (with Eurostar direct to Brussels and Paris) and Kings Cross station from St Albans city station. There is also access from the Abbey Station from which trains go to Watford Junction where there is the fast train into Euston station (approx 20 mins). St Albans offers the comprehensive range of shopping facilities within the city centre combined with Waitrose food hall located nearby. St Albans is a Roman City of great historical interest, with an abundance of restaurants, cafes and bars.
