" A beautifully styled and distinctive individual detached home offering a host of character features and set in attractive mature landscaped gardens with south easterly aspect at the rear. There are two double bedrooms and a modern white bathroom with separate Wc and two reception rooms plus a further enclosed garden room at the rear with modern fitted kitchen.

Outside, to the front the property has a lawned garden with mature hedge borders and twin five bar wooden gates give access to the block paved driveway which provides off road parking for a number of cars and also leads to the brick built detached single garage. There is also gate access to the side and rear of the property.
The rear garden is a real treat with sunny south easterly aspect and the Indian Stone paved patio leads onto the predominantly lawned garden space with mature hedge borders. There are far reaching views beyond and the back garden provides a lovely backdrop to the home.
