DESCRIPTION
Brocklehurst Avenue is a popular residential area situated on the outskirts of Macclesfield town centre, within striking distance of local amenties and the train station. This particular large semi detached is fronted by a wide block paved driveway providing parking for three vehicles and benefits from a well enclosed private rear garden which is partly laid to paving for ease of maintenance with a further area laid to lawn and a timber built storage shed. We recommend an internal viewing to appreciate the deceptively spacious accommodation on offer, which is listed in detail overleaf. On the ground floor the entrance vestibule leads into a dining room with access to the garden via French window doors, which is open to the larger than average modern kitchen, fitted with a range of Shaker style units, including a Kenwood range cooker and ample space for all other appliances. The lounge is a spacious through room with a contemporary wall mounted fire. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, which are served by the family bathroom and a separate WC. The house is warmed by gas fired central heating and has uPVC double glazing throughout and must be viewed to appreciate the generous rooms sizes on offer.
