" CHAIN FREE - Semi detached house, with great eat in kitchen diner, large living room, three bedrooms, and family bathroom. There is off street parking for two cars at the front and a low maintenance garden to the rear. Foxberry Road is a quiet residential road that is ridiculously close to Brockley Station (Zone 2) and all that is hip and happening in funky fabulous pocket of south east London. So why not make Brockley SE4 your new home?

Find Foxberry Road tucked off the hustle and bustle of Brockley Road, pull into your drive. The front door of the house is at the semi detached side of the building. Inside we find a light bright living room, freshly painted with laminated floors. The large L shaped kitchen diner is the heart of this home and will no doubt be a great setting for family dinners and get together. Handy storage is under the stairs. From the kitchen access the garden which is laid with crazy paving and will be a nice spot for BBQ season. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, the smallest of the bedrooms has had a double bed in it (albeit pushed up against the wall). The bathroom is a basic white suite with shower over the tub. There is also a rather large loft.

Brockley has a really nice vibe with also sorts of quirky independent offerings - we love the Brockley Barge for a tipple after work. Try the Gantry or Brockley Mess for some nibbles, there is a handy Sainsbury express. Hilly Fields park hosts a Farmers market and has great views over the iconic London Skyline. Schools in the area include Prendergast, Haberdasher Askes and lots of great primary schools.

SE4, is Zone 2 and just four miles from the City. The station will take you to London Bridge in about 10 minutes or hop on the East London Overground, change here for Canada Water for the Jubilee line. Buses are 484, 171, 172 & N171 all nice and close.
